Arnaud founded Bedales at Borough Market, led Vinothec Group as CEO and Wine Director, and was Head of Business Development at Robert Parker Wine Advocate. His experience spans the producer, the buyer, the restaurant floor and the decisions behind them.
Through Nexus Azeo, he leads hands-on mandates that turn concepts into structured propositions, launch them into market and scale them internationally, with accountability across commercial and operational delivery.
An MPhil in Geography underpins his interest in place, culture and how they shape a business.
